Description:
Supift461 is a spontaneous partial suppressor for ift46-1 (MUT-4375). Cells of this strain are mostly palmelloid and have very short/stumpy flagella. However under certain growth conditions, the cells can manage to assemble flagella up to wild-type length and swim slowly.
