Double mutant isolate obtained by the cross of a ccs4-1 arg- mt+ transformant (transformed with pSL18 conferring paromomycin resistance) with ccs5 (T78.15b-) ARG7 mt-, spores selected on TAP + paromomycin. This ccs4 ccs5 double mutant #5 is a tight photosynthetic mutant.
