MUT-4533 cw15 mt- [Jonikas CMJ030] was crossed with MUT-125 wild type mt+ [137c] and then backcrossed a mt+ progeny to MUT-4533 five times. This procedure yielded a mt+ progeny strain designated MUT-5155, which should be close to isogenic to MUT-4533.
