Description:
This mutation was induced in the 137c background, using nitrosoguanidine as mutagen. The mutant is UV-sensitive. It was reported that it grows slowly and shows persistent segregation for small and large colony size. It was determined that it is slower than wild type at excision of thymidine dimers.
