Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the receipt, delivery, and storage of test supplies to avoid failure of test supplies due to improper storage.
• Responsible for the management of test samples including recording, organizing, and filing test sample-related information.
• Responsible for the preparation and review of international shipping documents and customs declarations and clearance of test products.
• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative work within the department, including office supplies procurement, holiday gifts, and office management.
• Responsible for other work as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Experience in laboratory work and customs declaration and clearance is preferred.

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on professional with a background in Plant Science, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields to support the development of our mushroom cultivation initiative.

This role will initially focus on greenhouse setup and project coordination, including permitting, vendor coordination, and on-site implementation. As the project progresses, the role will transition into mushroom cultivation and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Greenhouse Setup & Project Coordination

• Coordinate and support the setup of greenhouse facilities on company-owned land
• Manage permitting and approval processes with local authorities
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
• Track project progress, timelines, and key milestones
• Support procurement of equipment and materials

Phase 2: Mushroom Cultivation & Operations

• Participate in the setup and optimization of mushroom cultivation systems
• Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, airflow, etc.)
• Assist in developing and refining cultivation protocols
• Oversee daily operations of the greenhouse, including coordination of workers if needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Plant Science, Agriculture, Horticulture, Biology, or a related field
• Strong interest in applied agriculture, greenhouse systems, or mushroom cultivation
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple tasks independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a hands-on environment
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with greenhouse operations, controlled environment agriculture, or cultivation systems
• Familiarity with permitting, construction coordination, or facility setup
• Experience in mushroom cultivation or related agricultural production
• Ability to manage or supervise field/labor work
