- Experimental design. This process primarily involves ribosome isolation—specifically, separating ribosomal complexes from cells using tailored methods.
- RNA extraction and library construction. mRNA fragments bound to ribosomes are extracted from the ribosomal complexes. The extracted mRNA is reverse transcribed into cDNA and assembled into libraries suitable for high-throughput sequencing.
- High-throughput sequencing. We prepare libraries for sequencing, including quantification and dilution. Sequencing is performed using high-throughput sequencing technology, generating vast quantities of short read sequences.
