Experimental principle
Bisulfite treatment converts unmethylated C bases in the genome to U. After PCR amplification, these convert to T, distinguishing them from the original methylated C bases. Combined with high-throughput sequencing technology, this enables simultaneous analysis of various methylation patterns and the methylation status of DNA sequences corresponding to mRNA, lncRNA, miRNA, and other gene types. Enables high-precision genome-wide methylation studies in species with reference genomes.

- Upon receiving DNA samples, we conduct quality control testing. Only samples that pass quality control undergo library preparation.
- After library preparation is complete, we perform quality control testing on the libraries. Libraries that pass quality control are submitted for sequencing.
