Product Introduction
Aflatoxins, toxic metabolites from Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus, with aflatoxin B1 being the most poisonous, usually coexist with B2, G1, and G2. Aflatoxin M1, a metabolite of B1, is often present in the milk of cows consuming B1-contaminated feed. Given its stability and resistance to pasteurization, testing for aflatoxin M1 is necessary not only in feed materials but also in the final products.

For qualitative and quantitative analysis of toxin residues in milk, cheese, milk powder, milk beverages and fermented milk.
