Testing Guidelines

  • Sampling. Several samples were taken from each of the plants of different growth periods and different parts of the plant, mixed and prepared as homogeneous plant samples.
  • Sample processing. The plant samples were ground into a fine powder, added with the appropriate amount of buffer, and shaken for a period of time so that the enzyme could be completely dissolved from the plant.
  • Enzyme activity assay. According to the selected assay method, a certain amount of reagent is added to the extract, and the chemical reaction is observed to calculate the enzyme activity in the plant.

Samples

  • Cells, centrifuged after sampling, medium removed, immediately placed in liquid nitrogen, and later stored at -80℃.
  • Leaves, stems, flowers, etc., are removed and immediately placed in liquid nitrogen, then stored at -80℃.
