Mushroom Cultivation & Greenhouse Project Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on professional with a background in Plant Science, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields to support the development of our mushroom cultivation initiative.
This role will initially focus on greenhouse setup and project coordination, including permitting, vendor coordination, and on-site implementation. As the project progresses, the role will transition into mushroom cultivation and operational management.

📋 Responsibilities
Phase 1
Greenhouse Setup & Project Coordination
- Coordinate and support the setup of greenhouse facilities on company-owned land.
- Manage permitting and approval processes with local authorities.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
- Track project progress, timelines, and key milestones.
- Support procurement of equipment and materials.
Phase 2
Mushroom Cultivation & Operations
- Participate in the setup and optimization of mushroom cultivation systems.
- Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, airflow, etc.).
- Assist in developing and refining cultivation protocols.
- Oversee daily operations of the greenhouse, including coordination of workers if needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
🎓 Qualifications
Required
- Master's degree in Plant Science, Agriculture, Horticulture, Biology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in applied agriculture, greenhouse systems, or mushroom cultivation.
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple tasks independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a hands-on environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience with greenhouse operations, controlled environment agriculture, or cultivation systems.
- Familiarity with permitting, construction coordination, or facility setup.
- Experience in mushroom cultivation or related agricultural production.
- Ability to manage or supervise field/labor work.
