Product Introduction
Aflatoxins, toxic metabolites from Aspergillus flavus and parasiticus, with aflatoxin B1 being the most toxic, often coexist with B2, G1, and G2. Aflatoxin M1, a metabolite of B1, is commonly detected in milk from cows fed contaminated feed. Due to its stability and resistance to pasteurization, testing for aflatoxin M1 is crucial not only in feed materials but also in final products.
Application
For qualitative and quantitative analysis of toxin residues in milk, cheese, milk powder, milk beverages and fermented milk.
