Product Introduction
Fumonisins, primarily produced by certain Fusarium species like Fusarium moniliforme, verticillum, and multiformum, are prevalent in nature. Among them, fumonisins B1 and B2 stand out as two of the most common and toxic mycotoxins. They mainly contaminate corn and corn-based products. Additionally, they can be found in low concentrations in various processed foods and beverages such as noodles, condiments, and beer.
