Product Introduction
Produced by fungi like Fusarium moniliforme, verticillum, and multiformum, fumonisins B1 and B2 are among the most common and toxic natural poisons, mainly existing in corn and corn-based products. They also occur in low concentrations in a variety of foods such as noodles, condiments, and beer.
