Polypeptone is a mixture of casein peptone and hydrolyzed animal tissue gastric enzymes, rich in various forms of nitrogen-containing compounds such as free amino acids, small-molecule peptides, and large-molecule peptides, as well as containing a certain amount of vitamins, carbohydrates, minerals, and other nutritional components.
Application
