Gamma Oryzanol is often used (in supplement form) by bodybuilders and athletes, as it's thought to enhance testosterone levels, promote endorphins, and stimulate lean muscle tissue growth. Gamma oryzanol and its related compound ferulic acid are thought to affect hormone function in the body, resulting in anabolic effects on muscle growth as well as a reduced sense of fatigue.
