Product Description
This product is a high-performance biopolymer manufactured through controlled aeration fermentation. It is recommended as a suspending agent for dairy beverages, plant-based protein drinks, fruit juices, and similar products. The product can also be blended with other hydrocolloids to create diverse textures and mouthfeels.

Dispersion
Premix the powder with other dry powder components, then pour the mixture into the liquid while stirring thoroughly, continuing to stir until fully dispersed. Alternatively, disperse it in a non-solvent medium.
