Description
Xylanase 2 is an enzyme preparation of different activities of hemicellulase like mannanase, xylanase and ß-glucanase for the degradation of hemicellulase in technical fermentations.
The enzyme hydrolyse the substrates into oligosaccharides and some mono-, di- and trisaccharides.
Applications
• Degradation of pentosans and glucans in distilling mashes.
• Reduction of viscosity in fermentations.
• For better substrate availability in fermentation processes.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place; activity loss on storage less than 10% per year.
