Determination of Vitamins

Determination of Vitamins

It is necessary to determine the vitamins in milk and milk products. Vitamins are essential organic substances in milk and milk products and are important nutrients (Fig. 1). Raw milk contains several essential vitamins that support human health as nutrients. To enhance the nutritional value of the products, some vitamins (such as vitamin A and D) are added to milk and milk products to meet the need for vitamin fortification. In addition, vitamin A and E in milk and milk products are associated with their antioxidant activity.
