Recombinant Protein Expression
Based on an advanced rice endosperm-specific expression system. We utilize molecular biology and plant genetic engineering techniques by introducing the gene encoding the target protein into the rice genome to achieve high-level, specific expression in endosperm tissue. This platform utilizes the following key mechanisms to achieve efficient expression.
- Endosperm-specific promoter-driven expression. By using specially optimized promoters, we achieve targeted expression of the target protein in endosperm, significantly improving expression efficiency.
- Proteome storage. Recombinant proteins are directed into and stored within proteomes specific to rice endosperm. This natural encapsulation mechanism not only protects the protein’s biological activity but also prevents degradation by endogenous cellular proteases.
