Thiol-Poly-L-lysine-Thiol

Thiol-Poly-L-lysine-Thiol (SH-PLL-SH) is a linear homobifunctional poly(L-lysine) with thiol groups on the PLL ends. PLL is a positively charged synthetic polyamino acid, and crystalline solid soluble in water. Thiol group can react with -SH or maleimide groups. Thiol-PEG-thiol may be used for bioconjugation, drug delivery, PLL hydrogel, crosslinker, and surface functionalization.
