Glucose Solution: Prepare a 10% (w/v) solution of glucose, filter-sterilize and aseptically add 50.0 mL to sterile basal medium.
Magnesium Sulfate Solution: Prepare a 2.5% sterile solution of MgSO4 · 7H2O and aseptically add 10.0 mL to the sterile basal medium.
Usage
Autoclave for 25 minutes at 121°C.
Applications
This product is used for the culture of Clavibacter michiganensis ATCC 27822.
