Introduction
The Plant Mitochondrial Extraction Kit - Non-enzymatic is suitable for use with a wide range of plant tissue samples and cultured cells. The extracted mitochondria are intact and biologically active and can be used for various downstream applications such as mitochondrial function studies and mitochondrial protein extraction. The kit is a non-enzymatic method for rapid extraction of plant mitochondria within one hour, but the recovery is slightly lower than that of the enzymatic mitochondrial extraction kit.
