Subcloning vectors We have a wide range of high-throughput, low-cost cloning technologies that can target and seamlessly clone your target genes into the specified positions of the vector without restricting sequence and enzyme cutting sites. Construction of your desired full-length protein-coding ORFs with different tagged proteins and expression of functional fragments of proteins are available.
Plasmids For molecular biology research, the quality of plasmids often determines the success or failure of experiments. Cloning vector information

  • pUC19 vector. It is a small, high-copy number E. coli plasmid cloning vector. pUC19 encodes the N-terminal fragment of lacZa, which allows for α-complementation and pUC replication initiation. The plasmid is suitable for most commercially competent cells. The Amp resistance gene can be used to screen plasmids in E. coli.
  • pGEM-T vector. It is a highly efficient TA cloning vector of 3.0 kb size containing the Amp resistance gene for screening. The coding sequence is inserted by TA cloning, and the plasmid is suitable for most commercially competent cells.
  • pMD18-T simple vector. It is a highly efficient TA cloning vector constructed based on pUC18 with its initial MCS disrupted. The size is 2,692 bp and contains the Amp resistance gene for screening. The coding sequence was inserted by TA cloning at locus 425. The plasmid is suitable for most commercially competent cells.
  • pMD19-T vector. It is a highly efficient TA cloning vector constructed based on pUC19, with a size of 2.6 kb, containing the Amp resistance gene used for screening. The coding sequence was inserted by TA cloning at position 431.
