Characteristic
Cultural characteristics observed in presence of light after an incubation at 25-27 centigrade for 1 week.
Reaction of 1.76% w/v aqueous solution at 25 centigrade. pH : 4.5±0.2.
Storage
Store below 30 centigrade in tightly closed container and prepared medium at 2 - 8 centigrade.
Instructions
Suspend 17.6 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat if necessary to dissolve the medium completely. Distribute as desired andsterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121 centigrade) for 15 minutes.
