Cream to tan coloured homogeneous free flowing powder
Characteristic
Cultural characteristics observed after an incubation at 30-32 centigrade for 5-6 days.
Storage
Store below 30 centigrade and the prepared medium at 2 - 8 centigrade.
Instructions
Suspend 32.04 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize the medium by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121 centigrade) for 15 minutes. Mix well and pour into Petri plates.
