Phytopathogenic Microbe Pspi agar base is semi- selective medium for the detection of Pseudomonas syringae pv. pisi on seeds of pea.

Light yellow coloured, homogeneous, free flowing powder
Storage
Store below 30 centigrade and the prepared medium at 2 - 8 centigrade.
Instructions
Suspend 78.0 grams in 990 ml distilled water. Add 1 gram of boric acid to 10 ml of distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Separately sterilize the solutions by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121 centigrade) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50 centigrade and aseptically add the rehydrated contents of one vial of CN supplement 1 and boric acid. Mix well and pour into Petriplate.
