Product Overview
Phytopathogenic Microbe xano camp agar base is selective medium for the isolation of Xanthomonas campestris pv campestris and Xanthomonas campestris pv. armoraciae from crucifer seeds.

Characteristic
Cultural characteristics observed, after an incubation at 25-30 centigrade for 5-7 days.
Reaction of 5.88 % w/v aqueous solution is pH 6.5 ± 0.2 at 25 centigrade.
Storage
Store below 30 centigrade and the prepared medium at 2 - 8 centigrade.
Instructions
Suspend 58.70 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121 centigrade ) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50 centigrade and aseptically add the rehydrated content of one vial of NNB supplement. Mix well and pour into Petri plate.
