Characteristic
Cultural characteristics observed after an incubation at 25-27 centigrade for 1 week .
Storage
Store below 30 centigrade in tightly closed container and the prepared medium at 2 - 8 centigrade.
Instructions
Suspend 0.24 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat if necessary to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense and sterilizeby autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121 centigrade) for 15 minutes.
