Cultural response was observed after an incubation at 35-37 centigrade for 24-48 hours. .
Reaction of 4.01% w/v aqueous solution at 25 centigrade . pH : 7.2±0.2.
Storage
Store below 30 centigrade in tightly closed container and the prepared medium at 2 - 8 centigrade.
Instructions
Suspend 40.06 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilise by autoclavingat 15 lbs (121 centigrade) for 15 mins. Cool to 45-50 centigrade and aseptically add the rehydrated contents of one vial of VIA supplementbacteria. Mix well and pour in sterile Petri plates.
