Characteristic
Cultural characteristics observed after an incubation at 25-30 centigrade for 24-48 hours.
Reaction of 1.0% w/v aqueous solution at 25 centigrade. pH : 7.2±0.2.
Storage
Store below 30 centigrade in tightly closed container and the prepared medium at 2-8 centigrade.
Instructions
Suspend 9.97 grams (the equivalent weight of dehydrated medium per litre) in 1000ml distilled water. Heat if necessary to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense as desired. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121 centigrade) for 15 minutes.
