Ethinylestradiol Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) Kit
Product Introduction
This kit employs an indirect competitive ELISA method. The microplate wells are pre-coated with a conjugated antigen. Hexestrol residues in the sample compete with the pre-coated conjugated antigen for the anti-hexestrol antibody. After adding the enzyme-labeled secondary antibody, the reaction is developed using TMB substrate. The sample’s absorbance value is inversely proportional to its diethylstilbestrol content. By measuring the absorbance at 450 nm using a microplate reader, the level of diethylstilbestrol contamination in the sample can be accurately quantified.

Precautions
1. Please follow the operating procedures. Do not touch the test strip’s display area during use.
2. If you discover expired, damaged, contaminated, or defective products upon purchase, please return them to the place of purchase for replacement.
3. This product is for single-use only. Use the test strip immediately after opening; do not reuse it.
4. Do not add samples to the sample well immediately after removing them from the refrigerator or after processing. Allow the sample to return to room temperature (20±5°C) before testing.
5. Do not use water or other liquids as negative control samples.
Storage
Store the original packaging at 2-30°C in a cool, dry place away from light. Do not freeze or expose to direct sunlight.
Shelf Life
Shelf life is 12 months. The production date, expiration date, and lot number are indicated on the outer packaging.
