Alginate Oligosaccharide (AOS) is produced from sodium alginate derived from brown algae such as kelp, sargassum, giant kelp, and Ascophyllum nodosum, through processes including hydrochloric acid dissolution, high-temperature degradation, sodium hydroxide neutralization, decolorization, purification, concentration, and drying.
Alginate Oligosaccharide is a kind of oligosaccharide with a degree of polymerization of 2-10, which is alternately linked by β-D-mannuronate and α-L-guluronate via 1,4-glycosidic bonds.

As a new generation of marine functional factor, it helps protect gut and brain health.

It applies to formula development and application of end products such as tablet candies, solid beverages, functional drinks, dairy products, and energy bars.
