Strawberry Latent Ringspot Virus (SLRV) RT-PCR Detection Kit (100) is designed for the detection of Strawberry Latent Ringspot Virus (SLRV).

Description

The reaction is carried out in one tube starting with the reverse transcription of virus RNA and subsequent cDNA amplification. The amplicon can be visualized on a standard agarose gel.

Kit Components

The kits contain a thermostable Reverse Transcriptase and a Hot-Start DNA Polymerase, pathogen specific primers and dNTPs, DNA-based positive and negative controls for the PCR reaction.
