Description

PCXUN is a plant overexpression vector where the Ubi promoter drives the expression of the target gene. The XcmI enzyme cleavage vector was used to obtain the T vector, which can be ligated to PCR products with A at both ends. The positive rate of gene cloning was greatly enhanced with the help of CCDB lethal genes.
