Description
Sodium copper chlorophyllin is a natural green pigment made from mulberry leaves and 95% ethanol as a solvent to extract chlorophyll, and then undergo saponification, copper substitution, and salt formation. Our company has improved sodium copper chlorophyllin, which has strong acid resistance and stability.
Properties
Dark green or dark green liquid with special smell. It is easily soluble in water and ethanol solution. The aqueous solution is transparent emerald green, which deepens with the increase of concentration. It is light-resistant and heat-resistant, and has good stability.
Applications
Used in frozen drinks (except edible ice), canned vegetables, cooked beans, processed nuts and seeds, candies, baked goods, beverages (except packaged drinking water), fruit and vegetable juice (meat) beverages (including fermented products, etc.), prepared wine, jelly, etc.
