Lifeasible provides sunlight-type plant culture artificial climate chamber construction that uses natural sunlight as the light source required for plant growth photosynthesis. Equipped with artificial light, cooling, heating, humidification, dehumidification, CO2 supplementation, and other equipment, it creates a controllable climate environment suitable for plant growth research. The climate environment is managed automatically around the clock, and the photoperiod, temperature and humidity, CO2 concentration, and day/night mode can be set according to the experimental needs. There is no need to manually guard, with all-weather automated management, data recording, over-temperature power off, remote monitoring, mobile phone SMS alarm, and other functions.

Firstly, the sunny climate chamber of our design makes full use of natural light, and the artificial supplementary light is only a supplement in rainy and snowy weather, so it greatly saves the power of artificial light. Secondly, in winter, the sunlight during the day is used as a heating source for the climate room, thus saving energy for heating. Moreover, artificial supplemental lighting cannot do justice to the intensity and uniformity of sunlight in any case. Therefore, the sunny climate chamber is the most energy-efficient and most suitable artificial climate chamber for plant growth.

Design parameter requirements and equipment introduction

  • Construction. Aluminum alloy frame structure, laminated hollow tempered glass curtain wall.
  • Temperature. Any setting and automatic control within the temperature range of 10-40 °C. The precision of constant temperature is ± 5 °C.
  • Humidity. 60-85% RH, set arbitrarily within the range and controlled automatically. The precision of constant humidity is 5% RH.
  • Light. 0-50,000 Lux, according to the light condition detected by the weather station and the light cycle set manually, automatically switch on and off the external sunshade or fill light.
  • Fresh air ventilation. 10 times/hour.
  • Day and night simulation. The control of climate parameters can be carried out according to the program setting, and constant control and gradual change control can be carried out.
