Description
Reddish yellow is a natural orange-colored pigment extracted from purple red currant and crimson currant. Strong coloring power, heat and reduction resistance.
Properties
Reddish yellow is orange-yellow solution, slightly characteristic odor. Red currant yellow is stable in the range of pH3-8, fluorescence occurs in aqueous solution of red currant yellow, soluble in water, propylene glycol, insoluble in oil and grease.
Applications
Used in cooked meat products, confectionery, fruit and vegetable juice (meat) beverages (including fermented products, etc.), protein beverages, carbonated beverages, flavored beverages (including fruit-flavored beverages, milk-flavored, tea-flavored, and other beverages), solid beverages, prepared wines, jellies, and so on.
Storage
Kept out of sunlight or high temperature. Store in cool and dry places. Once opened,use it up quickly.
