SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope)

It provides detailed surface information by tracing samples in a raster pattern with an electron beam. The high-resolution, three-dimensional images produced by SEM provide topographical, morphological and compositional information, which makes them increasingly popular for a variety of scientific and industrial applications.
TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope)
TEM has been widely applied to characterize morphology, crystalline structure, and elemental information of membrane materials. It is suitable for structural and chemical characterizations of, nanomaterials semiconductors, polymers, glassy materials, as well as 3D-architecture of cells and tissues, viruses, and macromolecular complexes.
