Exosome Protein Specialized Lysis Solution can efficiently cleave exosome proteins. The lysate has added protease inhibitors, which can effectively inhibit protein degradation. It can be mixed 1:1 with the exosome sample, and the cleaved protein sample can be used in BCA, Western Blot, and other experiments. This reagent contains a high concentration of detergent and is not suitable for the Bradford method of determining protein concentration.

The main ingredients of this product are Tris (pH 7.4), NaCl, Triton X-100, sodium deoxycholate, SDS, EDTA, PMSF, Protease Inhibitor Cocktail (AEBSF, Aprotinin, Bestatin, E-64. Leupeptin, Pepstatin A), etc.

This product contains protease inhibitors, avoids repeated freezing and thawing, and split freezing is recommended.
All steps in lysing the sample should be performed on ice or at 4ºC.
The protein concentration after lysis should be less than 2 μg/uL to ensure adequate lysis.
