Product Introduction
This product utilizes competitive immunoassay technology to detect tetracycline residues in samples qualitatively. The principle involves coating the test line (T line) on the nitrocellulose membrane with antigen and labeling the corresponding monoclonal antibody with colloidal gold. During testing, if no tetracyclines are present in the sample, the colloidal gold particles migrate to the test line and bind to the antigen coated on the membrane, causing the T line to develop color. If tetracycline residues are present in the sample, they will bind to the gold-labeled specific monoclonal antibody to form an immune complex. When this complex migrates to the test line, it will not bind to the antigen coated on the membrane, resulting in a lack of color or a change in color at the T line.

Precautions
1. Please follow the operating procedures. Do not touch the test strip’s display area during use.
2. If you discover expired, damaged, contaminated, or defective products upon purchase, please return them to the place of purchase for replacement.
3. This product is for single-use only. Use the test strip immediately after opening; do not reuse it.
4. Do not add samples to the sample well immediately after removing them from the refrigerator or after processing. Allow the sample to return to room temperature (20±5°C) before testing.
5. Do not use water or other liquids as negative control samples.
Storage
Store the original packaging at 2-8°C in a cool, dry place away from light. Do not freeze or expose to direct sunlight.
Shelf Life
Shelf life is 12 months. The production date, expiration date, and lot number are indicated on the outer packaging.
