Product Introduction
The Rapid Test Strip for Bovine and Ovine Echinococcus Antibodies is designed to detect Echinococcus antibodies in cattle and sheep. This product is based on the principle of the colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA). After the sample is added to the sample well, it migrates along the chromatographic membrane together with the colloidal gold conjugate. If echinococcus antibodies are present in the sample, they bind to the colloidal gold conjugate and the antigen on the test line, resulting in a purple-red color. If no Echinococcus antibodies are present in the sample, no color reaction occurs.
