Product Introduction
The Brucellosis Antibody Test Strip is based on the principle of the colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA). After the sample is added to the sample well, it migrates along the chromatographic membrane together with the colloidal gold conjugate. If Brucella antibodies are present in the sample, they bind to the colloidal gold conjugate and the antigen on the test line, resulting in a purple-red color. If no Brucella antibodies are present in the sample, no color reaction occurs.
