Product Introduction
The Porcine Toxoplasma Antibody Rapid Test Strip is based on the principle of the colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA). After the sample is added to the sample well, it migrates along the chromatographic membrane together with the colloidal gold conjugate. If anti-TOX antibodies are present in the sample, a purple-red color will appear on the test line, if no anti-TOX antibodies are present, no color reaction will occur.
