Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus Antigen Test Strip
Cat#
ADT-019
Sample Type
For the detection of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus antigen in pig feces, small intestine contents, and vomitus.
Product Introduction
The Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus Antigen Test Strip is based on the principle of the colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA). When a sample is added to the sample well, it migrates along the chromatographic membrane together with the colloidal gold conjugate. If PEDV antigen is present in the sample, a purple-red line appears on the test line; if no PEDV antigen is present, no color reaction occurs. The Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Antigen Test Strip utilizes PEDV-specific monoclonal antibodies and employs a sandwich assay method to detect PEDV antigens, offering high sensitivity and excellent specificity.
